The HomePulse website presents the company and its Track-T® monitoring solution. It allows visitors to contact us, request access to the investor deck and book a conversation. It also provides an internal area reserved for the HomePulse team.
2. Website access
The website is available free of charge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during maintenance, updates or force majeure. HomePulse does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or suspend all or part of the services without notice.
3. Use of forms
When using the website forms, you agree to:
- provide accurate, current information about yourself
- not submit identifiable patient medical data
- not use the forms for prospecting or bulk messaging
- not attempt to bypass the website's technical protections
Submitted data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
4. Restricted internal area
The internal area (dashboard, contacts, pipeline, agenda and documents) is strictly reserved for authorised HomePulse team members. Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all actions performed from their account. Any attempt at unauthorised access may lead to legal action.
5. Intellectual property
Website content is protected. No reproduction or reuse, including of investor documents, is permitted without HomePulse's prior written consent.
6. Nature of published information
Information about Track-T® is provided for general information and is not a diagnosis, medical opinion or therapeutic recommendation. Information in the investor area is not an offer to the public of financial securities or investment advice.
7. Liability
HomePulse cannot be held liable for loss connected with use of the website, temporary unavailability, data loss or viruses originating from a third-party environment.
